here’s the video of you joy riding my car that you denied in my review of your business. I want a refund. The differential cover that was damaged by your negligence cost $420 just for the cover.

11 Months ago I had this shop replace differential bushings on my car. I was charged $750 for 3 bushings. I have the mechanic on dash cam joy riding my car throughout town afterwards and even spinning tires. Last month one of the bolts came out causing the differential to flex upward, driveshaft hit the tunnel and the axle hit the exhaust denting it. This was caused as there was no thread lock used by this shop on ANY of the bolts, including the driveshaft bolts. The bolt coming loose damaged the differential cover as well costing me $420 for just the replacement cover. While removing the differential to do the work properly I noticed the mechanic used a grind to NOTCH MY DRIVESHAFT so his socket would fit. I replaced all of his work on a lift and it took me 2.5 hours after they told me it took them 7. I would not recommend. Low quality work and over charged me then joy rode around town in my car.

I will not recommend them. My wife had needed a water pump changed out inside her engine. Their job what's so poor that the engine ended up locking up and they did not want to take any responsibility for it. Had to end up getting a brand new engine put in her vehicle but not buy them would not recommend this place. They had a trainee working on the vehicle and had cracked part of the engine and tried to put it back together with glue and gave it back to my wife and let her drive it. Brought the vehicle back and the owner was mad because he had to work over the weekend to break the engine down to fix the problem. But even on top of that there's no more of that engine in my wife's truck. I just know these are pick and choose people or company.

Their team completely repaired my 2005 car engine, fuel gas leaking and battery. All work is presented to customer in writing before any work is done, all questions are answered in a professional way. A great majority of places would scream to the customers if there are questions..and many are overpriced,... but not here , they are pleasant and polite. There is a show case of Antique cars, inside their place, really Nice! This mechanic shop is the most clean and pretty car repair place I have ever seen in my life! The cars are kept inside their business while being repaired. The owners are Very Trustworthy, professional Experts to trust your new or old car! No work is too small or big! The best in Northeast Region.

We had car issues right before Thanksgiving. Even though they were already booked, they still took our vehicle. It took about a week to get finished, but that was only due to the holiday weekend and us not having a previous appointment. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. I was really surprised with how affordable the repairs were. So glad we have found a reputable local shop.
